Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and have been since the beginning. We were the first global beauty brand to fight against animal testing in cosmetics and all our products are certified by Cruelty Free International.
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking details in real-time.
Do you offer vegan products?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vegan products. We are currently working toward having our entire product portfolio certified by The Vegan Society by the end of 2023.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options which take 1-2 business days, depending on your location and the time the order was placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and The Body Shop gift cards. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna in select regions.
