At The Body Shop®, we want you to love your cruelty-free beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase. We offer simple and convenient return options to ensure your shopping experience remains as beautiful as our products.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent any leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
